Why is the report free?
We want to show with your own figures that investing in AI visibility pays off. Some companies continue with Trustmary after the report, some do not, and that is entirely your call. The report stays yours either way.
Does ordering commit me to anything?
No. The report is free and so is the call. The initial report comes by email right away. The full report is prepared for the call, because the figures say much more with a few minutes of context.
Who is the report for?
Companies that already have an online presence and marketing, typically ten people or more. The walkthrough suits whoever is responsible for marketing or the business: the founder, CEO or marketing lead. For the very smallest and newest companies AI has too little data, and the results would be too thin to be useful.
What is the difference between the initial and the full report?
The initial report measures ChatGPT only and shows your figures with competitor and source names hidden. The full report adds Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews on the same questions and reveals the names. It is unlocked in the call.
How is this different from AI visibility monitoring tools?
This is a one-off baseline: your visibility in brand and comparison searches on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews right now, and what to do about it. Trustmary is not a monitoring tool. We help improve the figure, above all with verified customer reviews that AI can read and trust.
What does it cost if we want to continue after the report?
The report does not depend on it in any way. Trustmary's prices are public and you can start for free. We are happy to tell you more at the end of the call if you ask.
How does Trustmary help after the report?
AI bases its recommendations on three things: what customers say, what third parties say and what you say on your own site. Most companies focus only on the last one. Trustmary covers the first two: we collect verified reviews automatically and display them on a trusted third-party site, so AI gets the trust signals it looks for.
